We hope you will be delighted with your Flo & Co Interiors order. However, if you change your mind, please contact us at info@floandcointeriors.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and details of the item or items you wish to return. Do not return any products until you have contacted us and received the appropriate return instructions.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, wherever possible, in their original packaging.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Change-of-mind returns will incur return or collection costs. These costs vary depending on the product, supplier and delivery method and will be confirmed when you contact us.
Furniture, lighting, oversized items and products delivered directly by one of our suppliers may need to be returned to a specific address or collected using an appropriate delivery service.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@floandcointeriors.co.uk.
Please include your order number, details of the issue and photographs where appropriate so that we can help resolve it.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved.
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
