RETURN POLICY
Returns
If for any reason your order does not fulfill your expectations, please contact us to get a return reference and to arrange a refund within 5 days of delivery. We will offer an exchange or a refund provided the items are returned to us complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. We cannot offer an exchange or refund if this is not the case.
All orders are checked and packaged appropriately before dispatch, however once in the delivery network damages may occur beyond our control. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item please provide details and photographs and we can offer you a choice of an exchange or a refund.
For all returns, except for faulty items, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. Please repack the items carefully and include the return reference obtained from us when initiating your return. Please contact us at info@floandcointeriors.co.uk for the return address.
We cannot be responsible for return parcels lost in transit and highly recommend getting proof of posting when making a return.
Once your return is received you can expect to get confirmation of the refund within 24-48 hours. Depending on your payment method, you should receive your refund in your bank within 2-3 days.
