DELIVERY

Standard UK mainland delivery is £6.95. Free standard delivery is available on orders over £150.

Delivery times vary depending on the product, availability and whether the item is dispatched by Flo & Co Interiors or delivered directly by one of our trusted suppliers.

Furniture, lighting, oversized items and supplier-direct products may be subject to different delivery arrangements or charges. Where applicable, further delivery information will be shown on the product page, at checkout or confirmed with you after your order is placed.

We will contact you if there are any unexpected changes to the anticipated delivery of your order.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided at checkout are correct. For larger items, customers are responsible for checking that the product can be safely delivered through doorways, hallways and access points.

For delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, UK islands or locations outside the UK, please contact us at info@floandcointeriors.co.uk before placing your order so that we can confirm availability and any additional costs.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Email info@floandcointeriors.co.uk with your order number, details of the issue and photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate.
