These terms apply to purchases made through the Flo & Co Interiors website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the applicable rate.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product information and prices are accurate. If we discover an error after an order has been placed, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This does not guarantee that the order has been accepted or that the product is available.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there has been a pricing or description error, or we are unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
DELIVERY
Standard UK mainland delivery is £6.95. Free standard delivery is available on orders over £150.
Delivery arrangements, charges and timescales may vary for furniture, lighting, oversized products and items delivered directly by one of our suppliers. Where applicable, further information will be provided on the product page, at checkout or following your order.
Any delivery times provided are estimates. We will contact you if there is an unexpected delay or change to your order.
For delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, UK islands or locations outside the UK, please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm availability and any additional charges.
Customers ordering larger products are responsible for checking that the item can be safely delivered through doorways, hallways and other access points.
PACKAGING
We aim to reduce unnecessary waste and may occasionally reuse suitable packaging or boxes. This will not affect the care taken when preparing your order.
RETURNS
If you change your mind, please contact us at info@floandcointeriors.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Do not return any item until you have contacted us and received the appropriate return instructions.
Change-of-mind returns will incur return or collection costs. These costs may vary depending on the product, supplier and delivery method and will be confirmed when you contact us.
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition. Further information is available in our Returns Policy.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Include your order number, details of the issue and photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate so that we can investigate and help resolve the matter.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images and measurements are accurate.
Colours may appear differently depending on lighting, photography and screen settings. Natural, handmade and hand-finished products may also vary slightly in colour, texture, markings, dimensions or finish. These variations are part of the character of the product and are not necessarily faults.
Please contact us before ordering if you require clarification about a product’s appearance, dimensions, materials or suitability.
AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative where available or issue a refund.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to stop the order, but this may not be possible if it has already been prepared or dispatched. If dispatch cannot be stopped, our standard returns process will apply.
LIABILITY
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed or for business losses arising from a purchase made as a consumer.
PRIVACY
Personal information provided when placing an order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections and courts applicable where you live.
